Installation Tips
- Shut off the engine and close the seawater intake valve before servicing.
- Remove the raw water pump cover and carefully extract the old impeller.
- Inspect the pump housing and wear surfaces for damage or debris.
- Lubricate the new impeller with soapy water or glycerin and install it with the vanes bent in the direction of rotation.
- Replace the included O-rings, reinstall the pump cover, and tighten fasteners evenly.
- Open the seawater intake valve and verify proper water flow after engine startup.

Service Interval:
