Refund policy

We believe in providing our customers with the highest-quality products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand parts and accessories can be incorrectly ordered or no longer needed. When this happens a return or exchange may be needed. To ensure we only sell high quality parts all returned items must be new and unused.

If your item is new and unused and you would like to return it, please review the following guidelines for a full and timely refund:

  • We inspect all returns and cannot accept any that show signs of use or damage.
  • If you are uncertain about whether or not a part will repair your boat, we recommend contacting a certified Cobalt technician as we are unable to return items that have been installed or used in any way.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of their delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging (where applicable). This refers to the OEM packaging, not the container the items were shipped in.
  • Original packaging that has been torn or damaged cannot be accepted as it is no longer in new condition, even if the item itself wasn’t used.
  • Returns on special order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Cancelled orders with a total of $3000 or more are subject to a 2.4% cancellation fee
